Healthy fats in your diet, you will need them

Monounsaturated fats are found in foods such as olive oil, avocado, and nuts. Polyunsaturated fats are found in foods such as fatty fish, flaxseed, and sunflower oil. Both types of unsaturated fats are important for a healthy diet.

To use as low fat as possible you can use a non sticking pan from LUX Pannen. This prevents food from sticking to your pan and reduces the amount of fat you need to add.

Here are some recipe ideas that contain healthy fats:

Avocado Toast

Toast a slice of whole-grain bread and top it with mashed avocado, sliced tomato, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Toss together cooked salmon, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Trail Mix

Mix together your favorite nuts and seeds, such as almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds, for a healthy and satisfying snack.
